Radio host, CrossFit coach, boxer and mother Kristín Sif has a life that rarely stands still. Training is important to her, but so is having the energy to move between sport, work and family life. For Kristín, Unbroken has become an essential part of both her recovery and everyday well-being.
Feeling the difference
Kristín has been using Unbroken consistently for some time. What keeps her coming back is simple: she feels the difference.
“I can feel the difference in my recovery.”
She describes feeling better in her body, having more stamina for training and recovering well enough to keep doing the activities she enjoys.
“I’m generally fitter, sleep better and just getting better and better.”
And she says she isn't alone in noticing it.
Many of Kristín's friends train regularly, and her partner uses Unbroken too. She says the people around her who use it notice the difference for themselves.
Two tablets after training
Kristín's own routine is straightforward.
After training, she puts two Unbroken tablets into water and drinks it as part of her recovery.
“I always put two in water straight after training.”
She particularly likes the citrus flavor, making it an easy habit to maintain after a demanding session.
For someone who combines CrossFit and boxing with a busy working and family life, that simplicity matters. There is no complicated recovery ritual. Unbroken simply fits into what comes next.
More than training
Although sport is an important part of Kristín's life, she doesn't see Unbroken as something reserved for serious athletes.
That is something she and her husband have emphasized when talking about why they use it.
“Unbroken is for everyone.”
For Kristín, recovery is about more than preparing for another workout. It's about feeling good, staying active and having the capacity for everything else that comes with a busy life.
That is perhaps what makes her experience with Unbroken particularly relevant. She trains hard, but she is also a mother, a professional and someone who simply wants to continue feeling strong and active.
Training finished. Then back to work, family and everything else.
