OFFICIAL RULES OF THE UNBROKEN EVENT GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Unbroken Event Giveaway Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by UNBROKEN RTR USA INC., 110 Airport Drive Wappinger Falls, New York 12590 (the "Sponsor").

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes may be conducted at multiple Unbroken events in the United States. Each event will have a separate entry period (the "Event Entry Period"), with its opening and closing dates, times and applicable time zone identified in the official materials for that event.

Only entries received during the applicable Event Entry Period will be eligible for that event's drawing. Unless otherwise specified in the event materials, a random drawing will be conducted on the Monday immediately following the event.

The Sponsor's systems will serve as the official timekeeping device for determining when entries are received.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state or district of residence if higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies, and other parties involved in developing, administering or fulfilling the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Enter

During the applicable Event Entry Period, eligible individuals may enter by scanning the official event QR code, visiting the Unbroken giveaway landing page and completing the designated electronic entry form.

Entrants must provide a valid email address and any other information required to administer the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person per event, regardless of the number of email addresses used. An individual may enter separate event drawings by submitting a new eligible entry during each applicable Event Entry Period.

Entries received outside the applicable Event Entry Period will not be included in that event's drawing. Entries made using bots, scripts, automated systems, false identities, fraudulent methods or other artificial means may be disqualified.

Participation does not require purchasing any product or consenting to receive promotional marketing communications. Any optional marketing subscription is separate from Sweepstakes entry and subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected, corrupted or unsuccessful entries resulting from technical or communication failures outside its reasonable control.

5. Prizes

One (1) winner will be selected for each applicable event drawing.

Each confirmed winner will receive:

• One (1) box of Unbroken Real Time Recovery Mango Peach stick packs.
• One (1) Unbroken bucket hat.

The approximate retail value (ARV) of the combined prize is $46.98 USD.

Prize images are illustrative. Actual packaging, appearance and other characteristics may vary slightly from promotional materials.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent. No substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor's reasonable discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable Event Entry Period. The drawing will normally take place on the Monday immediately following the relevant event.

Each event drawing is conducted separately. Entries from one event will not automatically carry over into subsequent drawings.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable event drawing.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address submitted through the official entry form.

The Sponsor may request information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery, including the winner's full name, mailing address, telephone number and proof of age, identity or residency where appropriate.

Where permitted by law, the potential winner may also be required to complete an eligibility declaration, liability release, tax documentation or other documents reasonably necessary to administer the Sweepstakes.

The potential winner must respond to the initial notification within five (5) business days after it is sent.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, is ineligible, refuses the prize or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor will never require a winner to purchase a product, provide credit card information or make a payment to claim a prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for notifications that are lost, blocked, filtered, delayed or misdirected because of incorrect contact information, email settings or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

8. Taxes

All applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, arising from the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The winner may be required to provide information necessary for the Sponsor to comply with applicable tax reporting obligations.

9. Prize Delivery

The prize will be shipped to the confirmed winner at an eligible address within the United States after the Sponsor has verified eligibility and delivery information.

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange prize delivery but is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, carrier errors, incorrect delivery addresses or other delivery problems outside its reasonable control.

The winner will not be required to pay the Sponsor any shipping, handling or processing fee as a condition of receiving the prize.

10. Publicity

Where permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor may announce the confirmed winner's first name, city and/or state in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Any additional use of the winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, testimonial or other personal characteristics for advertising or promotional purposes will comply with applicable law and, where required, be subject to separate consent.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, arrange prize delivery, prevent fraud, maintain necessary records and comply with applicable legal and tax obligations.

Information provided solely to enter the Sweepstakes will not automatically constitute consent to receive promotional marketing communications.

If entrants are separately offered the opportunity to subscribe to promotional communications, that subscription will be subject to applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available on the official Unbroken website.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry or winner-selection process, submits fraudulent information, uses automated or deceptive entry methods, impersonates another individual, violates these Official Rules or otherwise interferes with the proper administration of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor may verify entries and request reasonable evidence that an entrant has satisfied the eligibility and participation requirements.

If a drawing cannot be administered as intended because of fraud, technical failures, unauthorised intervention, security issues, force majeure or other circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the affected drawing.

Where fair and legally permissible, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received before the event causing the interruption or termination.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties") from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, hardware, software, internet or communications failures, interrupted or unavailable services, lost or corrupted data, errors in administration or other events outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability or legal right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

The Sweepstakes is administered by the Sponsor through its designated event registration landing page.

Third-party technology providers used to facilitate entries or administration are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes unless expressly identified as such.

If the Sweepstakes is also promoted through social media platforms, applicable platform-specific rules and disclosures will apply.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable United States federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Questions concerning the interpretation, validity or enforceability of these Official Rules, and disputes arising in connection with the Sweepstakes, will be subject to applicable law, including any mandatory consumer protections.

Nothing in these Official Rules deprives entrants of rights or protections that cannot lawfully be waived.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
