Unbroken Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States of America who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of UNBROKEN RTR USA INC. (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. Entry

To enter, eligible participants must register their email address on www.unbrokenrtr.com during the Giveaway period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Automated entries, bulk entries, bot-generated entries, or entries submitted through unauthorized third-party services are not permitted and may be disqualified.

3. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) official Lidl-Trek jersey signed by the riders, four (4) tubes of Unbroken, and one (1) signed bottle. Prize is not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and notified by email on or about June 2, 2026. The winner must reply within five (5) business days and provide their full name, shipping address, and mobile phone number in order to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond in time, is found to be ineligible, declines the prize, or fails to provide the required information, an alternate winner may be selected.

5. Shipping

The prize will be shipped to the winner at no cost within the United States. Sponsor is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, damage, incorrect shipping information provided by the winner, carrier issues, or other matters beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control once the prize has been shipped.

6. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, misdirected, undeliverable, or technically corrupted entries or communications.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.

7. Liability Release

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and distributors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used for administration of the Giveaway, winner notification, eligibility verification, prize fulfillment, and related legal or compliance purposes. If an entrant separately opts in to receive marketing emails from Sponsor, their information may also be used for that purpose. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

9. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway may be promoted on social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Lidl, Lidl-Trek, Trek, or any related team, rider, sponsor, or brand, unless expressly stated by Sponsor. By entering, participants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform or third-party brand.

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the Giveaway shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class or representative action, except where prohibited by law.
