Official Rules of the Unbroken Lidl-Trek Signed Jersey Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES OF THE “UNBROKEN LIDL-TREK SIGNED JERSEY SWEEPSTAKES”

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The sponsor of the Unbroken Lidl-Trek Signed Jersey Sweepstakes is UNBROKEN RTR B.V., 1e Sweelinckstraat 34, 2517GD 's-Gravenhage, Netherlands (the “Sponsor”).

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Unbroken Lidl-Trek Signed Jersey Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins when the official Sweepstakes post is first published on the Sponsor’s Instagram account, @unbrokenrtr, and ends on August 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central European Summer Time (CEST) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

The Sponsor’s systems shall be the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state or district of residence if higher, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising or promotion agencies and any other parties directly involved in the development, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to enter or win.

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the administration of the Sweepstakes, subject to applicable law.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible entrants must, during the Sweepstakes Period:

1. follow @unbrokenrtr on Instagram;
2. like the official Sweepstakes post published by @unbrokenrtr; and
3. comment on the Sweepstakes post and tag a friend or your favorite training partner.

Each eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted.

To receive additional entries, an entrant must submit additional qualifying comments during the Sweepstakes Period.

Each entry must comply with Instagram’s applicable terms, policies and community guidelines and these Official Rules.

Entries must be submitted through a genuine Instagram account controlled by the entrant.

Entries generated by bots, scripts, automated systems, macros, fake accounts, fraudulent methods or other artificial means are prohibited and may result in disqualification.

The Sponsor may disqualify comments or entries that are incomplete, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, unrelated to the Sweepstakes or otherwise violate these Official Rules or Instagram’s applicable rules.

No purchase is required to enter or win, and making a purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, deleted, delayed, incomplete, inaccessible or misdirected entries, or for entries that are not visible to the Sponsor due to technical errors, Instagram settings, platform restrictions, account restrictions, network failures or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

5. Prizes

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) signed Lidl-Trek cycling jersey.

The prizes are:

• Prize 1: one (1) Lidl-Trek jersey signed by riders who participated in the Giro d’Italia Women; and
• Prize 2: one (1) Lidl-Trek jersey signed by riders who participated in the Tour de France Femmes.

There will be two (2) prizes and two (2) winners in total.

The actual value of a signed jersey may vary based on factors including the signatures included, collectible value and market conditions. 

The jerseys shown in promotional materials are illustrative of the prizes. Signatures, positioning of signatures, sizing and other characteristics may vary from images used to promote the Sweepstakes.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or any cash equivalent.

No prize substitution is permitted except at the Sponsor’s reasonable discretion. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

Two (2) potential winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The random drawing will take place on or about September 2, 2026.

Each eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. Entrants who submit multiple eligible comments will therefore have multiple entries in the random drawing.

An individual may win no more than one (1) prize in this Sweepstakes.

If the same entrant is selected more than once, an additional random drawing may be conducted from the remaining eligible entries to select a second potential winner.

The allocation of the two available jerseys between the two selected winners will be determined at random by the Sponsor or by another fair method determined by the Sponsor.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

The potential winners will be contacted on or about September 2, 2026 through the Instagram account used to enter the Sweepstakes, including by direct message from the official @unbrokenrtr account.

The Sponsor may publicly announce a winner after the winner’s eligibility has been verified.

The Sponsor will never require a potential winner to make a payment, provide credit card information or purchase a product in order to claim a prize.

Potential winners may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to confirm eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize, including full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth and proof of age, identity or residency where reasonably necessary.

To the extent permitted by law, a potential winner may also be required to complete and return an eligibility declaration, liability release, tax documentation and/or other documents reasonably required for administration of the Sweepstakes.

A potential winner must respond to the Sponsor’s initial notification within five (5) business days from the date the notification is sent.

If a potential winner:

• does not respond within the required period;
• cannot be contacted;
• is determined to be ineligible;
• has failed to comply with these Official Rules;
• refuses the prize;
• fails to provide reasonably requested information or documentation; or
• if the prize notification is returned or cannot be delivered,

that potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

The Sponsor is not responsible for winner notifications that are lost, delayed, misdirected, filtered, blocked or otherwise not received because of an entrant’s Instagram settings, account status, communications settings or other circumstances outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

8. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes, if any, arising from the acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the applicable winner.

A winner may be required to provide information or documentation reasonably necessary for the Sponsor to comply with applicable tax reporting requirements.

The Sponsor may issue any tax documentation required by applicable law.

9. Prize Delivery

Each prize will be sent to the applicable confirmed winner after eligibility and delivery information have been verified.

The Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to arrange delivery of each prize.

The Sponsor is not responsible for delays, losses, theft, damage, customs delays, carrier errors, incorrect addresses or other delivery issues outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control.

No winner will be required to pay the Sponsor any shipping, handling, customs or processing fee as a condition of receiving a prize.

10. Publicity

Where permitted by applicable law, the Sponsor may announce a winner’s Instagram username, first name, state and/or city in connection with the Sweepstakes.

Any additional use of a winner’s name, likeness, photograph, image, voice, testimonial or other personal characteristics for advertising or promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and, where required, the winner’s separate consent.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used for purposes including administering the Sweepstakes, verifying eligibility, contacting potential winners, arranging prize delivery, preventing fraud, maintaining records and complying with applicable legal and tax obligations.

Personal information collected solely for administration of the Sweepstakes will not automatically be used to subscribe entrants to marketing communications.

If the Sponsor separately offers entrants the opportunity to receive marketing communications, any such subscription will be subject to the applicable consent and opt-out requirements.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available through the Sponsor’s website.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

• tampers with or attempts to manipulate the entry or winner-selection process;
• uses automated, fraudulent or deceptive entry methods;
• attempts to obtain entries through multiple fake or fraudulent accounts;
• violates these Official Rules;
• impersonates another individual;
• interferes with the administration, security or legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; or
• engages in conduct intended to unfairly influence the outcome of the Sweepstakes.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify entries and request reasonable evidence that an entrant has satisfied the entry and eligibility requirements.

If the Sweepstakes cannot be administered as contemplated due to fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, tampering, security issues, changes to Instagram functionality, force majeure or any other circumstance outside the Sponsor’s reasonable control, the Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes.

If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the stated closing date, the Sponsor may, where fair and legally permissible, select the winners from eligible entries received before the event giving rise to the termination.

13. Release and Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession or use of a prize.

The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, network, telephone, computer, hardware, software, Internet, Instagram or communications failures; interrupted or unavailable services; lost or corrupted data; unauthorized human intervention; errors in administration; or other events outside their reasonable control.

Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Instagram Disclaimer and Release

This Sweepstakes is promoted and administered in part through Instagram.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant completely releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Instagram or Meta.

Lidl-Trek and any riders whose names, images or signatures appear in connection with the prizes are not responsible for the administration, winner selection or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes unless expressly stated otherwise.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are subject to applicable United States federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without giving effect to conflict-of-law rules.

Nothing in these Official Rules deprives an entrant of any mandatory rights or protections available under applicable United States federal law or the laws of the entrant’s state or district of residence.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and not as part of any class or representative proceeding.

Any restriction contained in this section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
